Home Staging Process
View it.
During this process we will view your home either in-person, by video, or via pictures. We will determine the colors and styles to use in your home and decide on the appropriate size furnishings.
Design it.
Our visual design team will collaborate and work on your design to give you the best possible outcome. The goal is to make your home appeal to a wide variety of buyers and give them an idea of what they can do with each space.
Pack it.
Once the design team has completed their process our movers will pick and pack the items from our warehouse. They carefully load the items into our moving vehicles so they safely arrive at your location.
Install it.
Installation day is the day it all begins to come together. We strategically place the furniture, decor, and art. Each space is now defined to give your home the look and feel that appeals to a variety of buyers.
Move it.
Congratulations! Your home has sold and today is the day we will be moving our furnishings out.
